Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Lead the implementation of a new ERP system and contribute to the design and automation of financial reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in finance and support center processes, systems, policies, and controls.
  • Undertake special projects and conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required by executive management and private equity partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting.
  • CPA required.
  • Proven experience as a Controller, preferably in a private equity-backed environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
