Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years of clinical experience.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proven leadership skills among colleagues.
- Experience in clinical education and training.
- Familiarity with current evidence-based clinical research and resources.
- Understanding of process enhancement strategies.
- Proficient in managing projects and departmental initiatives.
- Experience in data collection and analysis of quality performance indicators.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic interdisciplinary setting.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient clinical environments.
- Proficiency in utilizing various media and online tools for education.
Educational Requirements:
- Master's degree required; Doctorate preferred, along with at least 4 years of clinical experience.
Licensure/Certification:
- Current MA license.
- CPR certification.
Age-Specific Competence:
Ability to effectively communicate with individuals across all age groups relevant to the position.
