The Lead Dental Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in driving our dental offices towards success by overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless patient experiences, and empowering team members to excel in their roles. Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the efficient management of dental office operations, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care and services.
- Team Development: Empower and support team members in their roles, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to drive growth and development.
- Patient Experience: Foster a positive and welcoming patient experience, ensuring that every patient feels valued and cared for.
- Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with team members, patients, and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with office goals and objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve office processes, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and patient care.
- Compliance: Ensure that all office operations and procedures are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in operational management, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required; in lieu of a driver's license, reliable alternate transportation is acceptable.
- Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is $28.00-$39.00 per hour, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.
