Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated professional who will make a positive first impression and build strong relationships with our members while assisting them with their inquiries via telephone in a dynamic environment.
The primary responsibilities of this role include responding to calls in a polite and professional manner, addressing member account inquiries, and performing account maintenance. You will identify member needs and recommend services that may enhance their experience.
Ideal candidates will have a background in customer service, a passion for helping others, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills. Experience in the financial sector is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls courteously and effectively regarding various banking services, including mobile banking, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, balances, and more.
- Engage in a high volume of calls daily.
- Review daily performance metrics to stay informed about your progress and conduct call evaluations.
- Navigate multiple screens and utilize up to four software applications simultaneously.
- Aim to conduct 30 direct member interactions each month and accurately document these in the system.
Required Skills:

- Proficiency in handling inbound calls

- Technical proficiency
Additional Qualifications:
Candidates must possess prior customer service experience and demonstrate proficiency in computer skills (minimum typing speed of 40 WPM).
