Job Description

Globe Life is seeking a highly motivated sales professional with a background in the military or athletics to provide financial security and peace of mind to military personnel and athletes, as well as their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate and promote Globe Life's products and services to prospective customers.
  • Develop and foster relationships with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
  • Meet and exceed targets for new customer acquisition.
  • Track progress and results in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales.
  • Military background or experience as an athlete is highly preferred but not required.
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical business practices.
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain appropriate licensing and certifications.
