Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Coordinator II to join our team at Dartmouth Health. This is a full-time position that will perform a range of clinical research duties at a skilled level and have a working knowledge of the clinical research process and the regulations that govern it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical research duties at a skilled level, including arranging and scheduling required tests and appointments.
  • Support subject management, including data entry in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), scanning informed consents into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR), and supporting data entry needs of the study.
  • Conduct study visit tasks, such as administering Quality of Life (QoL) questionnaires under the supervision of the investigator.
  • Communicate with participants throughout the course of the study and provide education and support to study participants and their families.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documents to study sponsors and applicable regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain study and regulatory documentation and manage study tasks related to working with Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) and study sponsors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant research experience or equivalent years of experience.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • SOCRA/ACRP Certification or eligible for certification preferred.
  • BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires occasional tasks outside of defined operating hours. The Clinical Research Coordinator II will work under the supervision of and at the direction of the Principal Investigator (PI) or their designee.
