We are an expanding quick-service restaurant franchise seeking a General Manager to lead our operations. Our commitment to customer satisfaction and employee development is paramount as we grow. Key Responsibilities:

  • The General Manager is accountable for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction, and achieving desired outcomes such as increased sales and employee retention.
  • This role involves leading the management team and ensuring financial controls, operational efficiency, team development, customer service, and compliance with company standards.
  • The General Manager should be prepared to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly.
  • This position reports to a District Manager and directly supervises Team Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers.
  • Interaction with team members, management, customers, and external vendors is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; a minimum of two years of college education is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of profit and loss management is necessary to drive profitability.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet business objectives.
  • Applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
