Night Operations Manager

Main Responsibilities

The Night Manager is responsible for overseeing the store's operations when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent. This includes closing the store 4-5 nights per week.

Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure all company policies and programs are followed and enforced.
  • Conduct regular store walks to ensure departments are fully stocked and ready for sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store, both inside and outside.
  • Ensure the store is merchandised to company standards.
  • Report any associate or guest problems or concerns to the Store Manager.
  • Train and develop associates for future company needs.
  • Perform and accurately complete ordering functions.
  • Main pricing accuracy.
  • Be available to guests and associates.
  • Follow up on delegated tasks.
Requirements

The Night Manager may be required to:

  • Carry 50 lbs. for a distance of 20 feet.
  • Push 50 lbs.
  • Pull 50 lbs.
  • Bend, squat, climb, and lift objects overhead.
  • Tolerate temperature differentials.
  • Work nights, holidays, and weekends.
