Volt is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex cyber security projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Direct, coach, and mentor lower-level project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Cyber Security Expertise: Provide technical input and advice on medium to large information technology projects, devising or modifying processes and procedures to solve complex problems.
  • Program Oversight: Develop broad and/or specialized program oversight plans, providing functional planning and high-level technical expertise and guidance.
  • Customer Consulting: Provide consulting services to customer organizations on information technology's capability to comply with regulatory cyber programs.
  • Business Acumen: Gain a thorough understanding of the customer's business, including goals, objectives, work processes, and product or service.
  • Quality Assurance: Provide quality input and documentation reviews created by cross-discipline work groups in compliance with the overall program requirements and regulations.
  • Change Management: Coordinate program changes, assessments, and other audit processes, and training with impacted customers.
Requirements
  • Cyber Security Knowledge: Knowledge of planning, scheduling, estimating, work management systems, and ability to apply management practices leading to the optimization of available resources.
  • Leadership Skills: Leadership skills using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to guide and coordinate individuals and groups to achieve successful results.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills and abilities, including leading projects and initiatives, and ability to develop cost to benefit analysis in support of major maintenance project or program options.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to apply applicable technical specifications, code requirements, and standards, and direct, coach, and mentor lower-level project managers.
Preferred Skills
  • Cyber Security: Cyber security knowledge and experience.
  • Database Management: Database management systems knowledge and experience.
  • Programming Skills: Preferred experience with C#, ASP.NET,.NET Core.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $80.00 to $90.00 per hour. The actual salary will be based on several factors, including education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
