At HHS, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping department in creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our patients to heal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of housekeeping staff to ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the hospital.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to meet the needs of our patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to achieve goals and objectives related to patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze data and make adjustments to meet facility, budget, and compliance goals.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of housekeeping staff who reflect our values and create a positive work environment that supports retention.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software.
  • Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
