Position Overview

The Millennium Group (TMG) is a distinguished provider of business process outsourcing solutions, specializing in print, mail, document management, reception, and comprehensive office support services for esteemed organizations. We are in search of dedicated individuals who aspire to cultivate a rewarding career within our expanding team of over 1,500 professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations within the mailroom environment
  • Serve as a backup courier, making scheduled stops at specified locations
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Efficiently sort interoffice and USPS mail
  • Utilize the Bear Tracks system for handling Accountable Mail
  • Conduct security screenings of packages
  • Process outgoing shipments through UPS/FedEx
  • Facilitate mail and package deliveries throughout the facility
  • Investigate unidentified mail recipients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Accurately document daily volume metrics

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory
  • Capacity to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Prior experience in a mailroom or comparable environment
  • Familiarity with MS-Office applications
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, and maneuver heavy carts
