Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a PhD or a Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of direct clinical experience working with adolescents or family systems. This experience must include at least one year in a supervisory capacity. Notably, two years of experience as an MST practitioner may be considered in lieu of supervisory experience. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.

Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is $78,000, with an additional $1,500 for bilingual proficiency.
