The MST approach focuses on the various elements associated with delinquency, engaging with critical environments such as:

This model emphasizes fostering behavioral transformation within the youth's natural surroundings, leveraging the strengths inherent in each system to drive positive change.

The MST framework aligns seamlessly with the mission of The Children's Village, which prioritizes community-based services and family reunification. It embodies core values such as personal accountability, educational advancement, work ethic, community engagement, and a strong stance against violence and discrimination.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a PhD or a Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of direct clinical experience working with adolescents or family systems. This experience must include at least one year in a supervisory capacity. Notably, two years of experience as an MST practitioner may be considered in lieu of supervisory experience. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is $78,000, with an additional $1,500 for bilingual proficiency.
