Position Overview:

As a Graphic Designer at Texwin, you will be instrumental in defining the visual representation of our brand. Your primary responsibility will be to craft striking designs that effectively convey our brand ethos and connect with our intended audience. Your projects will encompass a variety of formats, including printed materials, large-scale displays, digital content, and promotional items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce a diverse range of print materials, such as advertisements, marketing collateral, promotional items, and newsletters.
  • Create compelling large-format signage for outdoor advertising, sponsorships, and community engagement events.
  • Develop engaging digital content for social media platforms, email marketing, websites, and online advertisements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to brainstorm and implement creative campaigns that align with our brand vision.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to Texwin's brand standards and principles.
  • Utilize narrative techniques to effectively communicate our brand's story and values through visuals.
  • Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Stay informed about current design trends and industry best practices to keep our visual communications fresh and innovative.

Essential Functions:

  • Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop and refine the overall creative strategy and concepts.
  • Act as the design leader for the organization, proactively seeking ways to enhance both internal and external communications.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on the visual and graphic direction for all video content.
  • Oversee the design and execution of print projects, including advertisements, direct mail, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Work with the Director of Marketing to create digital and social media design elements.
  • Lead the development of digital content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and online advertisements.
  • Direct the design and production of static signage in sales environments.
  • Ensure that all deliverables are creative, accurate, on-brand, and delivered on schedule.
  • Coordinate with printers and external vendors to guarantee timely project completion.
  • Distribute brand guidelines, logos, and digital assets as needed by various departments.
  • Lead design initiatives for sales environments as requested by operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the graphic design industry.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer with a robust portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) on Mac platforms.
  • Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Experience in designing for both print and digital formats.
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities with a talent for creating visuals that communicate a compelling narrative.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for producing visually appealing designs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
