Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Retail Health Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting healthy outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care and services to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to address patient needs and concerns
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on healthcare-related topics and resources
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Manage patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of healthcare experience, preferably in a patient-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Medical assistant certification or experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs)
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology and concepts
  • Ability to speak multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual)
