The Venue Operations Supervisor will be instrumental in planning and managing the daily functions of the venue to guarantee that our targets and objectives are met.

This role will support the General Manager in recruiting and training new team members, developing work schedules, assigning tasks to staff, and assisting with performance assessments and disciplinary actions.


Key Responsibilities:
Own It by overseeing all facets of daily operations.

Establish performance goals and timelines that align with the company’s strategic vision and communicate these effectively to team members.

Assist in implementing systems to minimize losses, maintain inventory accuracy, and enhance safety measures.
Motivate and inspire staff to achieve their highest potential through positive reinforcement and incentive programs.
Effectively schedule staff to meet operational needs.
Assign tasks to ensure a tidy work environment, including restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness in restrooms and public areas.
Organize workflows and ensure employees are clear on their responsibilities and assigned tasks.
Monitor staff productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Address complaints respectfully and resolve issues promptly.
Supervise financial transactions and ensure accountability by verifying that each register is properly funded and reconciled.
Ensure timely arrival of scheduled employees.
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service at all levels.
Ensure proper authorization for customer discounts, returns, and exchanges while fostering positive interactions with the company.
Facilitate communication between upper management and employees.
Train and onboard new hires to ensure they comprehend their roles.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
