Job Title: Email Marketing Manager

Meals on Wheels America is seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Manager to lead our email marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for managing the production and execution of email campaigns, tracking and analyzing performance metrics, and serving as the organization's email specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage email production calendar and schedules.
  • Coordinate with various departments to compile all elements of email sends (copy, lists, and graphics) for one-off and automated campaigns.
  • Oversee project deadlines and internal review processes.
  • Ensure all collateral follows industry policies and best practices and internal brand guidelines.
  • Proofread content for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
  • Ensure all email communications comply with CAN-SPAM laws and other relevant regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital communications.
  • Proficiency in email marketing and automation technology.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity and comfort with making edits in HTML.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and reporting on email data.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and shifting requests.
  • Ability to excel in a team-based, nimble, and collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Strategic Communications, or Business.
  • Experience using CRM/ESP EveryAction and/or Engaging Networks.
  • Experience in non-profit organizations or similar mission-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and legal regulations.
