Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to generate innovative solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
- Travel to observe on-site processes, develop and improve designs, and ensure seamless integration with our global operations.
- Develop and implement mechanisms to improve work processes, enhancing the quality and speed of our team's overall deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline) or foreign equivalent.
- 1-3 years of CAD software experience (Revit/AutoCAD is a bonus).
- 1-3 years of experience in Design/Innovation Engineering, Manufacturing/Process/Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience must involve ownership/management of engineering design projects.
- Experience using business/technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, MS Visio.
- Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, robotics, and/or high-speed manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of MHE systems, including installation, application, and standards.

Compensation and BenefitsThe base pay for this position ranges from $89,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company, offering a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, including equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, dependent on the position offered.
