At Greenhouse Fabrics, Inc., we are seeking a top-tier Sales Revenue Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth by offering exceptional customer service through phone, email, and text.

The ideal candidate will be a strategist who lives for sales, is not afraid to pick up the phone, push boundaries, and receive tough feedback. They should recognize the value of cultivating strong relationships, thrive on the excitement of sealing deals, and possess an unwavering determination to surpass expectations.

This role is responsible for:

  • Drive revenue growth by offering exceptional customer service through phone, email, and text.
  • Relentlessly pursue new opportunities and partners while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Uncover customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and showcase new fabric collections.
  • Engage in strategic sales calls, even when the conversation gets tough.
  • Negotiate quotes, secure orders, and consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Perform detailed fabric research to advise interior designers and upholsterers.
  • Master our ERP system (FACTS) and other software tools to streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize every sales opportunity.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 annually, plus commission on every dollar sold for accounts owned, as well as generous paid time off, holidays, and additional perks, including a Simple IRA with a 3% match, low-premium BCBS medical insurance, dental/vision reimbursement, $25,000 life insurance, and paid maternity leave.
