- Manage and maintain accurate records, including student attendance, health records, and demographic data.
- Operate computer equipment and software to enter, revise, and update information, generating reports and summaries as needed.
- Assist with the implementation of the circulation system of library materials and equipment, as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and schools to compile information and prepare reports.
- Perform other duties consistent with the position assigned, as requested by the supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Keyboarding skills and the ability to type at a speed of 35 words per minute.
- Specialized skills in filing, telephone, and copy machine operations.
- Ability to read and follow written directions.
- One year of experience entering data on automated office equipment and using software.
- Experience handling confidential information.
- Basic mathematics skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with students and staff.
- Certification in American Red Cross/American Heart Association CPR and First Aid.
