Accelerate Your Sales Career with White Cap

White Cap is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Accelerated Sales Program. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans, selling White Cap's value proposition and products, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Sell White Cap's value proposition and products to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Participate in classroom and on-the-job training to learn White Cap's business model, products, and sales approach
  • Enter and process customer orders
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or one to two years of sales or related field experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Competitive nature with a drive to succeed
  • Goal-oriented with personal accountability to deliver on metrics
  • Open to feedback and willing to take action to improve performance
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize daily activities
  • Spanish language proficiency

What We Offer:

  • Targeted base salary of $60,000 per year
  • Eligibility for additional variable compensation with a starting target of $80,000 per year
