Job Title: Retail Key Carrier Coordinator

At HomeGoods, we're always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team. As a Retail Key Carrier Coordinator, you'll play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our stores, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our products are always displayed in the best possible light.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a leader on the sales floor, providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed
  • Ensure that all store areas are well-stocked and visually appealing, with a focus on creating an engaging shopping experience for customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and customers, fostering a positive and inclusive store environment
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, and ensure that all team members are aware of and adhering to them
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of store plans and initiatives, working closely with management to drive business results
Requirements:
  • 1 year of retail experience, with a focus on leadership and customer service
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
