About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing and merchandising of products, while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Management: Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure products are properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles, and monitor productivity to coach as needed.
  • Customer Experience: Engage and interact with customers to provide a positive internal and external customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment, and maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the backroom area.
  • Communication: Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities, and provide progress updates.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Communication Skills: Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Physical Demands: Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

We offer a competitive starting pay range of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
