POSITION SUMMARY

SRS Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to enhance our dynamic team of experts. The Lead Financial Analyst will focus on financial planning, reporting, and performance metrics essential for board presentations. The successful candidate will possess advanced Excel skills and demonstrate a passion for detail management, process enhancement, and data analysis to provide actionable insights for the organization. This role reports directly to the Financial Manager, Reporting and Analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate monthly financial reports that encompass critical metrics, financial outcomes, and variance analysis for executive review.
  • Develop and manage the annual budgeting process.
  • Compile monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct revenue forecasting analysis and reporting.
  • Oversee bank reporting and collaborate with external auditors to fulfill annual agreed-upon procedures.
  • Prepare documentation and liaise with external tax preparers for annual tax filings.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for reporting enhancements and automation.
  • Create financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Execute additional related tasks as assigned, including special projects for executive leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting capacity.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions (including complex formulas, Power Query, and VBA is advantageous) and financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Resourceful with excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding communication abilities and the capacity to engage with all levels of the organization.
