Position Summary
The Lead Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in the month-end closing activities within a Corporate Accounting environment, where meticulous attention to detail and a robust work ethic are paramount.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate superior analytical, communication, and organizational abilities. This role necessitates independent initiative and sound judgment to enhance accounting processes, procedures, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
1. Execute month-end closing procedures related to corporate payroll allocations and journal entries.
2. Generate monthly variance analyses for payroll and incentive accounts.
3. Document and evaluate the allocation of management and marketing fees to various properties.
4. Compile all accounting entries and financial data for Omni and associated Gift Card entities.
5. Assess gift card reserves for accuracy and completeness.
6. Develop budgets, analyses, and related reports for corporate payroll and fee revenue.
7. Undertake additional accounting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in related duties and responsibilities.
- Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and overall PC skills is required.
- The ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment is critical.
