Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join a dynamic team in a growing software organization. This role is ideal for individuals eager to advance their careers and take on new challenges. The selected candidate will also play a crucial role in guiding and reviewing the work of junior financial analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and analyze financial data to prepare and record journal entries, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Conduct reconciliations of bank and balance sheet accounts to maintain financial integrity.
  • Oversee the verification, allocation, posting, and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Prepare financial statements and perform detailed P&L analysis.
  • Mentor and train junior financial analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Execute variance analysis and communicate findings to management effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • CPA candidacy is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Comprehensive understanding of full-cycle accounting processes.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and v-lookups.
