Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Aspire Health Partners. As a BHT, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment, and supporting the clinical team in delivering exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and support to clients in various care settings
  • Assist in admission and discharge processes, recognizing and addressing client needs
  • Conduct regular client rounds to ensure client well-being and safety
  • Document client treatment details and communicate with the program team
  • Participate in group activities and daily management of the unit
  • Administer and analyze participant drug screenings, as needed
  • Provide supervised self-administration of medication, when applicable
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • BLS Certification (Preferred)
  • Pass a Level II Background clearance
  • Driver's License
