Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinician to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a Clinician, you will play a critical role in providing crisis intervention counseling and assessment services to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct crisis intervention and safety planning to assist individuals in overcoming difficulties
  • Collaborate with other service providers to establish needed services for individuals and families
  • Provide education to family members and significant others regarding mental illness and support
  • Offer flexible therapeutic and follow-up services with an interactive approach
  • Document therapeutic interventions in client records in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology
  • Two years' experience working directly with children and families (preferred)
  • Experience working with homeless, veteran, substance use, and severely mentally ill populations (preferred)
