Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver coaching programs to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with sales leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sales teams to help them achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement strategies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or leadership roles in the SaaS or subscription sales space
  • Proven track record of success in sales coaching and leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
