**Job Summary**

PRG Technical is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of our operational processes and outputs. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about ensuring excellence across all facets of production and product development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and implement quality standards, inspect materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
  • Develop and manage quality control systems to monitor and analyze quality performance.
  • Analyze quality performance data and collaborate with team managers to enforce quality measures and implement corrective actions.
  • Investigate product or production issues, developing effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct internal audits to maintain and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with ISO 9001/ VDA6.3 and AIAG Core Tools.
  • Lead quality assurance teams, providing training on systems, policies, and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
  • Perform gauge R & R's, oversee inspection and testing to confirm product conformance, and manage document control systems in alignment with ISO standards.
  • Facilitate 8D problem-solving teams from inception through to production, ensuring timely and effective resolution of quality issues.

**Requirements:**

  • Mandatory electrical engineering background with a minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or related roles.
  • Proficient in monitoring and analyzing quality performance, with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001/ VDA6.3 and AIAG Core Tools, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally, as required, with a strong commitment to operational excellence.

  • In-depth knowledge of production processes, with a strong analytical mindset and robust problem-solving capabilities.
