Job Summary

Freedom Forever is seeking a skilled Monitoring Specialist I to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in building and designing sites in multiple manufacturer monitoring portals. This role will perform quality checks for city inspections for internal monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure PV performance monitoring and yield assurance through immediate fault detection and alerts at module level, string level, and system level.
  • Provide set-up and general maintenance of system production.
  • Create and design the Solar PV Monitoring Portal pages.
  • Document service calls with issues and ultimate solutions.
  • May assist with projects and ensure systems are fully operational.
  • Data entry of project information in multiple forums.
  • Proactively seek improvements to current processes to improve the efficiency that can be gained with technological resources.
Requirements
  • High School diploma required.
  • Minimum of one year experience in data entry required.
  • Previous experience in the solar industry preferred.
Preferred Skills and Abilities
  • Highly skilled in MS Office products.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
