Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and charismatic Front Desk Representative to join our team. As the face of our hotel, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every guest receives a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:

">
  • Manage front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room scheduling, and handling guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting arriving and departing guests with their luggage and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.

  • Act as a point of reference for guests requiring assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Three to six months related experience preferred.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office is necessary.

  • Ability to effectively interact with all hotel guests and team members in a polite and positive manner.

  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.

  • Possess a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
