Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive work environment, overseeing employee relations, and implementing policies and procedures to support the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  2. Manage employee disciplinary meetings and terminations, ensuring fairness and sensitivity.
  3. Design and implement onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the company culture.
  4. Analyze trends in compensation and benefits, researching and proposing competitive base and incentive pay programs.
  5. Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy.
  6. Manage the relationship between Alphalete and outsourced HR vendors to perform daily HR tasks.
Requirements
  1. 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record of driving HR initiatives and programs.
  2. 5+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations.
  3. 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
  4. In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification.
