The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semi-trailer maintenance, leasing, or fleet management, with a minimum of 3 years of management experience. They will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage budgets and deadlines, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.

The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team of employees, ensuring they are performing their jobs in a safe and productive manner. They will also be responsible for maintaining a qualified staff, effectively communicating areas of responsibility and accountability, and reviewing personal growth of assigned personnel.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or related work experience, and will be proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet. They will also have the ability to drive a switcher/yard jockey, although this is not a requirement.

The Branch Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our branch, and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
