Job Description

Texscape Services is seeking a highly skilled and organized Branch Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our branch operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining a positive and professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the organization of company functions and meetings, including facility allocation and catering.
  • Provide general clerical duties, including typing, faxing, scanning, answering phones, greeting visitors, and filing.
  • Assist with scheduling associated with office machine maintenance.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years related work experience.
  • Valid Driver's License.

  • Strong internal and external customer service skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate a positive professional demeanor and contribute to a culture of excellence.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of high attention to detail and organization.

Work Environment:

  • Constantly required to use computer-based systems.
  • Frequently sits for long periods of time in an office environment.
