Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site compliance reviews to ensure protocols are in place
  • Schedule and conduct resident certification interviews
  • Request and review third-party verifications and resident-provided information
  • Verify income, assets, and expenses calculations
  • Review tenant files for compliance with government regulations
  • Collect updated documents from residents for recertification
  • Prepare agency audit files as requested
  • Perform other related duties and participate in special projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in affordable housing compliance
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and interact effectively with staff and management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi Voyager software
  • Bilingual skills a plus
