Executive Director, Quality Assurance for Systems and Infrastructure

As the Executive Director, Quality Assurance for Systems and Infrastructure, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the integration and testing strategy for the Renaissance platform. You will lead a team of 40-60 resources responsible for testing integration points and end-to-end functional and non-functional features.

- Lead a team of 40-60 resources responsible for testing integration points and end-to-end functional and non-functional features.
- Build, inspire, and guide a high-performance team to deliver best-in-class integration QA services for Systems and Infrastructure.
- Lead the integration quality of the applications/services by applying business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies using quality processes and methodologies.
- Provide leadership, input, and oversight to project delivery, setting standards for quality and testing.
- Collaborate with architecture, development, and business teams to provide cohesive integration plans.
- Assist with driving consistency and standardization for process assurance across the development lifecycle.
- Recommend, design, develop, and implement automation frameworks.
- Oversee automation frameworks, systems for defect tracking, custom software, and repositories.
- Ensure integration QA metrics (OKRs) are defined and reported, setting minimal acceptable results.
- Ensure translated product requirements are testable and measurable.
- Oversee the Renaissance Test Data Management function and ensure Encore test data is effectively and securely delivered as required for development and integration.
- Manage the integration DevOps function, ensuring test environments are made available and are stable as needed.
- Interact with Product Owners, Technology Leads, Project Managers, and Leadership Team members to recommend solutions that best meet the strategic needs of the business.
- Contribute to performance engineering practices by providing inputs on capacity planning, performance tuning, diagnostics, problem detection, and resolution.
- Develop integration procedures and common metrics to ensure that efficiency, collaboration, and quality standards are achieved.
- Manage project planning, including allocation of resources, assignment, and coordination.
- Provide input on application security testing.
- Provide development teams with integrated test environments as needed.
- Teach/enable team members to use new applications for testing to deploy across OCC.
- Influence across organizational teams to create alignment and resolve conflicts.
- Minimum ten (10) years' experience with leading the design and set-up of test automation frameworks, processes, and tools.
- Experience with BDD methodologies & automated acceptance testing.
- Experience with Agile development processes for enterprise software solutions.
- Solid understanding of options and derivatives clearing and settlement business processes.
- Strong organizational leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and make decisions quickly.
- Capability to support processes and development teams across a diversified group of business segments.
- Knowledgeable about industry trends, best practices, and change management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers, coworkers, and Executive Management.
- Strong work ethic, hands-on, detail-oriented with a customer service mentality.
- Team player, self-driven, motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Results-oriented and demonstrated record of developing initiatives that impact productivity.
