About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director, Quality Assurance for Systems and Infrastructure to lead our integration and testing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive testing strategy, managing a team of 40-60 resources, and ensuring the quality of our applications and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a testing strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Lead a team of 40-60 resources responsible for integration and testing
  • Collaborate with architecture, development, and business teams to ensure cohesive integration plans
  • Recommend and implement automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of test environments and infrastructure
  • Ensure integration QA metrics are defined and reported, and that minimal acceptable results are achieved
  • Manage the integration DevOps function, ensuring test environments are stable and available as needed
  • Interact with Product Owners, Technology Leads, Project Managers, and Leadership Team members to recommend solutions that meet the strategic needs of the business
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience leading the design and set-up of test automation frameworks, processes, and tools
  • Experience with BDD methodologies and automated acceptance testing
  • Solid understanding of options and derivatives clearing and settlement business processes
  • Strong organizational leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions quickly
  • Ability to support processes and development teams across a diversified group of business segments
  • Knowledgeable about industry trends, best practices, and change management
