The Business Growth Strategy Manager will collaborate closely with the Executive Team and the Senior Leadership to evaluate, analyze, and challenge existing sales and marketing approaches. The objective is to amplify successful strategies while exploring and integrating new areas of focus for the team.

The ideal candidate should possess the ability to strategize for the long term while effectively utilizing current resources and navigating time constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the company's industry landscape, competitors, and economic trends to uncover new market opportunities.

• Initiate, develop, and execute sales strategies and initiatives that align with growth and profitability objectives.

• Analyze sales patterns, market intelligence, and key performance metrics against established benchmarks; provide product and sales forecasts as necessary.

• Collaborate with the Sales Director and senior leadership to devise and implement innovative market entry strategies.

• Identify novel approaches to penetrate the market and expand into new segments.

• Partner with the Sales Director to enhance sales methodologies and product knowledge for Regional Sales Managers, ensuring a professional representation in the field and empowering each sales team member to achieve their targets.

• Design and refine value-added programs to address dealer needs and support them in surpassing revenue goals.

• Play a pivotal role in the management team in defining overall objectives and strategic direction.

• Collaborate with the marketing department to pinpoint new market opportunities.

• Develop and continuously evaluate a strategic plan for entering unconventional markets.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
