**Job Summary**

Martin's Snacks is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to lead our accounting team and drive financial performance. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operational functions, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Manage the accumulation of financial data and prepare internal financial statements
  • Coordinate and prepare external financial statements and regulatory reports
  • Develop and monitor business performance metrics and provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
  • Evaluate and improve accounting processes and internal control systems
  • Maintain and document accounting software and supporting databases

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Operations Manager or in a similar senior financial management role
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
