Job Title: Brand Campaign Strategy Director

At Stantec, we're seeking a highly skilled Brand Campaign Strategy Director to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide brand campaign strategies that drive business growth and reinforce our company's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement brand campaign strategies that align with our company's strategic plan and business objectives.
  • Lead the development of annual enterprise-level brand campaign plans and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cutting-edge brand positioning campaigns and initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, familiarity, and consideration in key markets.
  • Partner with digital and analytics teams to take a data-driven approach to campaigns, developing systems and processes for planning, executing, and optimizing enterprise-level brand campaigns.
  • Work with the marketing and communications team to develop website content that reflects our brand in a compelling way.
  • Partner with HR colleagues on strategic recruitment campaigns to bring the best talent in the market to Stantec.
  • Collaborate with HR and marketing colleagues on ongoing internal brand awareness/activation campaigns to infuse our talent brand/employee value proposition into the employee experience, supporting retention.
  • Monitor competitor brand positioning efforts to ensure our brand positioning is unique and differentiated, being mindful of emerging industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience leading development of enterprise-level multimedia brand campaign strategies and employee engagement/experience initiatives.
  • Proven experience leading creative teams (through direct and/or indirect reporting).
  • Proven experience leading large, complex, creative projects, bringing cutting-edge solutions to the table.
  • Strong digital fluency.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative flair, with the ability to see the big picture and pay attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, passionate, enthusiastic approach grounded in strategy but flexible enough to excel in a changing world.
