Job Title

FSRI is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to join our team at Mount Pleasant Academy.

This is a full-time position that requires RIDE certification as a special education teacher and experience working with children with psychiatric challenges.


Responsibilities:

  • Co-teach in a self-contained classroom with six K-2 students, supported by psychology, behavioral, OT, and speech professionals.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.


Qualifications:

  • RIDE certification as a special education teacher.
  • Experience working with children with psychiatric challenges.
