Project Manager III

This exciting role as a Project Manager III - HVAC & Plumbing Training will be responsible for overseeing the development, production, and maintenance of sales and marketing materials including technical brochures and specification sheets, bulletins, consumer literature, operating instructions, manuals, sales information, and other information in digital and/or printed formats.
This position will serve our Air Conditioning Division, located in Lewisville, TX.
Responsibilities
- Project management in the development and implementation of marketing publications.
- Develops and implements technically accurate division publications that support brand messaging, including operating instructions, manuals, technical specification sheets, bulletins, consumer literature, sales information, and other materials in digital and/or printed formats.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and outside agencies to develop marketing publications.
- Monitors communications on the company website and maintain database.
- Provides support and coordination of development and implementation for print-based marketing communications initiatives.
- Reviews daily activities of print suppliers to ensure effective project management, timely project completion, quality, and efficient use of resources to achieve planned objectives within budget.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications, design or in a related field
- 5+ years' experience within a Marketing-based role.
- Demonstrated history of variable project experiences.
- Thorough knowledge and expertise in Adobe suite programs (Illustrator/Photoshop).
- Demonstrated ability to work and maintain good judgment in fast-paced environments while managing workload and priorities.
- Ability to take design and content feedback and incorporate it quickly.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with marketing team to proactively direct results and meet deadlines.
- Must possess and demonstrate proficiency in the following competency areas: ethics/Integrity, accountability, adaptability, flexibility, dependability, teamwork (collaborative teaming skills), interpersonal skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, written and verbal communication Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and the consumer.)
HOW TO STAND OUT:
- Experience working with agencies and/or printing industry experience developing technical and consumer literature for manufacturers or distributors of water heating, heating and cooling, home appliance, consumer electronics, automotive, or other home comfort, or consumer convenience products.
