Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team at Soliant. This role involves providing essential speech and language services to students facing communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders.
  • Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual evaluations.
  • Deliver speech and language therapy in both one-on-one and group settings.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to optimize student outcomes.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of assessments and therapy sessions.
  • Participate in meetings and provide updates on student progress.

Job Details:

  • Full-time employment.
  • Caseload specifics will be discussed during the interview process.
  • Onsite presence required during the academic year.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Texas State SLP License and a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
