The company's commercial leadership team requires a skilled Market Intelligence Analyst to provide data-driven insights and analyses that inform go-to-market strategies and market expansion decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze market-level data to support Divert's commercial strategy, including shaping GTM plans and market-entry decisions.
  • Source data from third-party providers to enhance internal datasets, ensuring comprehensive and reliable data for decision-making.
  • Develop customer-level identification and segmentation by verticals and sub-segments, providing the commercial team with a clear understanding of key customer profiles and market opportunities.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data, market intelligence, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Proactively identify trends and opportunities within market data that could influence Divert's growth and commercial success.
  • Provide actionable insights that guide market-specific strategies and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the commercial leadership team to ensure market analysis aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present findings in a clear, concise format for leadership reviews and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional experience, including 3-5 years in an analytical and strategic role across analytics, consulting, business operations, or finance.
  • Solid analytical foundation, with proficiency in SQL or Excel to analyze large datasets and strong analytical rigor.
  • Understanding of how to connect data insights to broader business objectives and commercial strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to navigate complex market and business challenges with creative, data-driven solutions that support scalability and efficiency.
  • Resourcefulness and a scrappy attitude, with a willingness to find solutions and make things happen.
