- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Communicate effectively with team members and guests, addressing challenges calmly and professionally.
- Implement company initiatives and inspire the team to meet operational benchmarks.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Minimum of 2 years of guest service experience in a retail or restaurant setting.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Availability for a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various temperature environments, including walk-in refrigerators and freezers.

COMPENSATION: Starting pay at $18.00 per hour.
