Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our team on the 4 East Pulmonary and Nephrology Intermediate Care Unit at UNC Rex Healthcare. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, utilizing your critical thinking and clinical skills to manage patients with complex conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients with pulmonary and renal conditions
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and manage patients with ventilators, peritoneal dialysis, arrhythmias, and cardiac drips
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
  • Graduation from a school of professional nursing
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification
  • One year of nursing experience
