Job Overview
Under the supervision of the Patient Access Services Manager, the Patient Services Associate plays a vital role in facilitating patient experiences during the registration and arrival process for both scheduled and unscheduled appointments. This position is essential in gathering precise demographic and insurance details, as well as collecting any known patient liabilities at the time of service.

This role also encompasses financial clearance responsibilities for designated scheduled accounts during the registration phase. Furthermore, the Patient Services Associate engages in various client service tasks, including the management of patient valuables and delivering fundamental customer support.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a courteous, professional, and respectful manner to foster positive interactions.
- Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information accurately.
- Conduct financial clearance for scheduled accounts as assigned.
- Handle miscellaneous client service activities, ensuring a smooth patient experience.
