Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Physician Assistant Educator to join our team at New York Institute of Technology. As an Adjunct Faculty member, you will play a critical role in the development and delivery of our Physician Assistant program.

Responsibilities
  • Teach didactic lectures to students in the Physician Assistant program
  • Develop and implement curriculum to meet program learning outcomes
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback to students
  • Participate in program-level assessment and continuous improvement activities
  • Contribute to the development of course materials and syllabi
  • Engage in student academic counseling and provide instructional support services
Qualifications
  • Master's or doctorate degree in a related field
  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant in the state of New York
  • Experience in teaching and education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions

This is a part-time, adjunct faculty position. The successful candidate will be expected to teach on a regular basis and participate in program-level activities as needed.
