Position Overview

Natsu Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Support Staff Supervisor for our Women's program. This management role is crucial in overseeing the support personnel and recovery coaches at various facilities. The Supervisor serves as a vital link between the support staff and the program director, ensuring seamless operations within a dynamic and professional treatment environment for individuals facing substance use challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all support staff and recovery coaches.
  • Collaborate with the NAT-SU health clinic for scheduling and appointments.
  • Participate in the recruitment process for new support staff.
  • Engage directly with the clinical director and program director.
  • Advocate for both clients and staff, maintaining a balanced approach.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of staff assignments.
Qualifications
  • Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS).
  • Recovery Coach Certification.
  • OSHA Certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the recovery field preferred.
  • Proficient in computer skills, electronic record systems, and daily office operations.
  • Management experience of at least 2 years preferred.
Essential Skills
  • Task Management: Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
  • Communication: Strong skills in providing and receiving constructive feedback, as well as engaging with team members and management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competent in managing electronic files, utilizing databases, creating spreadsheets, and preparing presentations.
  • Leadership: Capable of guiding a team effectively while employing a trauma-informed care approach.
Physical Requirements

In accordance with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, candidates must be able to perform all job functions with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule

Saturday - Monday, 8 AM - 8 PM
