  • Efficiently and accurately process various ticketing options, including lift tickets, season passes, lessons, and rental equipment while gathering essential guest information.
  • Engage effectively with guests to provide clear information regarding diverse product offerings, pricing changes, and available services.
  • Adhere to the Snowbasin Employee Handbook, maintaining grooming, dress, and behavioral standards.
  • Prepare and submit organized cash turn-in and audit reports, ensuring accuracy and neatness.
  • Arrive on time and ready for a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in managing a high volume of customer interactions while providing outstanding service.
  • A collaborative spirit and a positive attitude when interacting with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications, printers, and general office equipment.
